Sausages & Burgers

We make a range of hand-made sausages from our free-range chicken and geese, here on the farm. Chicken makes a very good low-fat alternative to pork filled sausages, and they’re great for grilling, roasting, frying, casseroling, and barbecues.  Our goose sausages are dark in colour and have a strong, full flavour. They are excellent in casseroles, barbecues or simply grilled. Goose sausages are available from November to February each year. Our sausages are made with natural hog casings, if you prefer a synthetic casing, please let us know and we’ll be able to make these for you.
