This feast of a dish comes with our homemade pork and apricot stuffing. Boneless and easy to carve it will serve 10-14+ and will weigh over 5.5kg approx. The three birds have all the bones removed and are then rolled up together with layers of stuffing.
Ingredients: Goose, Chicken, Guinea-fowl, Sausage Meat, Dried Apricots, Flour, Egg, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Soya Flour, Salt, Preservative: E282, Emulsifiers: E471, E472e, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid), Salt, Pepper, Mixed Herbs.
Allergens: Flour, Wheat Flour, Soya Flour.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly before eating, for maybe 2 hours at 190 deg centigrade.
