This two bird roast is slightly smaller than the King Roast but certainly no less flavoursome. It is made with a turkey and a duck, both of which are boned out and then rolled up together with layers of our famous homemade pork and apple stuffing. This roast will serve around 8-12 people and weighs 5kg approx.
Ingredients: Turkey, Duck, Sausage Meat, Flour, Egg, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Soya Flour, Salt, Preservative: E282, Emulsifiers: E471, E472e, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid), Salt, Pepper, Mixed Herbs.
Allergens: Flour, Wheat Flour, Soya Flour.
Cooking: Cook thoroughly before eating, for maybe 2 hours at 190 deg centigrade.
