The countdown to Christmas 2018 started ages ago here at Great Clerkes Farm. Alongside the chickens we produce throughout the year the geese arrived in mid June and the turkeys shortly after. The chickens and guinea-fowl hatch in August and finally the day old ducks arrive at the beginning of September. What wit the other farm work and all the things we get up to here it is certainly a busy time of year.

Our award winning poultry is all there so choose which delicious bird you want for your Christmas dinner – goose, i would always recommend goose – and chose the size of bird you want and we will take extra special care of preparing your Christmas dinner.
