Our delicious ducks are fed wheat grown here on the farm and spend their days outside roaming the lush meadows. This gives them a deep and rich flavour perfect for any roast dinner.  A wonderful treat at Christmas if you want a slightly smaller bird than a goose.  I always have one cold with a selection of pickles and crusty bread whilst watching the Antiques Roadshow in front of the fire on a winter's evening.
